Activity Spot is a is a web-based platform for authoring Common Core aligned educational activities and publishing to this app in real-time. You can create reading, writing, drawing and answering activities in any subject area. You can create simple to complex activities. You can create an activity that requires your students to

– draw in response to a question.

– write a paragraph in response to a question.

– write using scaffolding text that you provide.

– take quizzes

– to fill-out visual organizers for concept mapping, sequencing, cause & effect etc.

– read/hear multimedia content incl. specific websites & videos.

Step by Step directions:

• Go to www.frolyc.com

• Create a free teacher’s account under ‘Sign Up’.

• Create a class (name it 1st hour, 2nd hour, or Science, Math, ELA, etc).

• Under each class enter your students. Students will be given codes.

• After your class is complete, assign activities. Choose from multiple content areas and learning targets.

• Students must download this app.

• Each activity requires the student to answer questions. These activities can be differentiated.
